I’ve just purchased a Carton Cage, how long will it take to be delivered?
The Carton Cage is delivered from Sheffield and is usually dispatched same day (if you order before 1pm) and is delivered the next working day. Delivery times outside of the UK vary, please email help@cartoncage.com to discuss specific delivery times and options.
How do I attach my Carton Cage to my bike?
Most standard bike frames will have bottle cage braze-ons (the technical term for nuts and bolts). Simply unscrew the braze-on and attach your bottle cage. If you have any problems with this, tweet or email us and we'll do our best to help.
What if I don’t have bottle cage braze-ons on my bike frame?
If you don't have bottle cage braze-ons on your bike frame, you will need to use a bottle cage clamp. If you're not too sure which one to buy, drop us an email at help@cartoncage.com with details of your bike and we'll recommend one for you.
What can I carry in my Carton Cage?
The original Carton Cage is designed to securely hold a 1litre carton of liquid, however it will also hold other types of bottles - experiment and see what fits!
My Carton Cage is faulty, what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear your Carton Cage is faulty. Please email help@cartoncage.com and a member of our team will fix this for you.
Do you have a returns policy?
Yes. If you have changed your mind or your Carton Cage is faulty, please email help@cartoncage.com. We accept returns within 28 days of you receiving your product, however refunds will be given as per our (reasonable) discretion.
